Whether it is one unit or a fleet, EthosEnergy Field Services has the capability to manage large projects or annual maintenance overhauls.The project manager is our key employee and has the authority to resolve any issues and bring in EthosEnergy Field Services total resources of engineering, design and manufacturing to solve any complications. The project manager communicates with the plant management daily providing updates of project status as part of the site overhaul management team.
Safety is the most important aspect of our work. We employ a full time safety and HSE coordinator who oversee our personnel training and enforcement of safety practices. As a result, our exceptional safety record is among the best in the industry. Our corporate safety group provides oversight, management control, and monitors our key indicators regularly measuring performance. We develop a job safety analysis that is updated each shift to ensure all hazards are identified and the crew is aware of the changing conditions. We evaluate our performance and adjust practices as required to ensure the continued safety of EthosEnergy Field Services customers and employees.
